Multi-destination delivery

ZenTransfer forwards every incoming file to all active destinations simultaneously. You configure destinations once and toggle them on or off per assignment from any browser, including your phone. There is no need to reconfigure your camera.

Destination types¶

FTP servers — add outbound FTP destinations by hostname, port, credentials, and target folder. Wire services and newsrooms typically receive photos over FTP. ZenTransfer supports FTP, FTPS, and SFTP.

Cloud drives — ZenTransfer supports tranferring to consumer cloud drives such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Adobe Lightroom.

Cloud storage — ZenTransfer supports transfers to hyperscale cloud storage (Blob Storage) from Amazon S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage, and Cloudflare R2.

Email — notification emails lets you send your photos straight to editors inboxes. Emails contain a small previw of the image and a download link for the high-resolution file.

Webhooks and Zapier — trigger automations when a file arrives. See API and webhooks.

Toggling destinations mid-assignment¶

Your destination list changes by job. Example configuration:

• Agency FTP — enabled for accredited events
• Wire service FTP — freelancers may deliver to multiple services
• Client email — enabled for a specific commission
• Personal Google Drive archive — always enabled for your archive

The camera profile never changes. You control routing from your dashboard while the camera keeps the same FTP credentials.

Parallel vs sequential delivery¶

Delivery is parallel and powered by some of the world's fastest networks. Every active FTP destination receives the file at the same time. You are not choosing which desk gets the file first.

Game-day example¶

A sports photographer might enable Getty FTP, Reuters FTP, and a personal archive for the match. During play the camera transmits over a 5G hotspot. Every frame forwarded to ZenTransfer is immediately sent to all three destinations.
