ZenTransfer forwards each incoming file to your Microsoft OneDrive account via OAuth. Useful for photographers already invested in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

What you need

  • A ZenTransfer account with an active subscription
  • A Microsoft account with OneDrive (personal or work/school)
  • At least one camera or upload source

Setup

Step 1: Connect OneDrive

  1. Log in to your Dashboard
  2. Under Cloud Drives, click Connect next to OneDrive
  3. Sign in to Microsoft and authorise ZenTransfer
  4. Enable the OneDrive destination toggle

Step 2: Test delivery

Upload a single file. It should appear in Apps/ZenTransfer/ (or the OneDrive equivalent location) within seconds.

Personal vs business accounts

OneDrive for Business and personal OneDrive both work. Use the account you'd normally upload to — they're treated identically by the destination.

Folder behaviour

OneDrive places files in an app-scoped folder. Inside that folder, files arrive flat. For date- or job-based organisation, use rename templates.

Sync to desktop

If you have the OneDrive desktop client installed, ZenTransfer-delivered files will sync to your local working folder automatically. This is a useful editor pattern — combine with the Photographer + editor workflow.

Disconnect

  • Toggle off to stop future deliveries while keeping the connection
  • Disconnect to remove the OAuth token
  • Revoke ZenTransfer access from your Microsoft account settings for complete removal
